67 members played in cloudy but mainly dry conditions with a stiff breeze. Dan Wood (Ivy Leaf) had a great day winning both the pairs with partner Dale Howarth and the individual Professional award with a 2 under par round with Chris Gill one point back in second place. The Truro pairing of Jake Finn and Spike Drew were runners up in the pairs on last 9 count back from Paul Turpin and Will Sumner. Mike Eddy, the Tehidy Captain, welcomed the Alliance to the club and trusted they enjoyed the day Paul Turpin, the Aalliance Captain thanked the club for hosting the event, as usual the course played very well with the catering excellent as usual. The next meeting will be at Perranporth on Thursday 5th November.
